Is 29 too old to wear knee socks?

I’m not sure..I’m 20 and I wear um..but people kinda give me looks but I look pretty young and am into juicy and bright colors, pink, girly stuff you know..so I think that if you can rock it then rock on!

dress however you want. your mother and sisters should really try a maturity check. They would realize they sound like they are in high school. Live and let live is my motto. If you are comfortable with yourself then go for it.

Do you dress for other people or for yourself? If you feel good and your mom and older sisters feel bad, you win. Tell your fam-damly if they want to worry, plenty of children are dieing in the world. Now pull up your socks and act as old as you feel!

There should be no age rule or gender rule. Just a good pair of legs rule.
I still wear knee socks (striped tubes or golf socks) with shorts and don’t give a damn about the fashion police.

The idea is just fine.
My guy friend loves when women ware long socks. The longer the socks the more he likes it.
When women wear O.T.K. socks or thigh high socks or even better, two pair of socks. He will put aside his fear and go talk to them.

If other people can’t accept the way you like to dress, tell ‘em to go fly a kite! You do what you wanna do! Don’t worry about others - they’re probably just jealous that they don’t look as good in knee socks as YOU do!

Carrie, 29 is not too old. My wife wears kneesocks with skirts and shes 50. You need to be certain that your socks really reach your knees. Nothing looks worse than ‘kneesocks’ that only reach mid calf- thats the ‘trying but doesn’t get it’ look. When you sit, the socks should reach the crease in the back of your knees. If they don’t, they’re too short and you need longer. My wife wears them with skirts that just touch the top of her knees, so there is no more than 2 or 3 inches of skin. At 29, you could go a bit short. LSG

You should wear them every day, you are not old. I think women in general should wear them, go for it you´ll look great. and I also think that your socks should reach your knees and have them well stretched up.
