I don’t know where you can get them wholesale, but I’m sure you can purchase them quite inexpensively at a place like Big Lots.

You will find this on eBay. Search terms like “white knee sock wholesale lot” and you will find them.

Try. Our church buys similar socks for our thrift store all the time, these guys are usually the cheapest.
