Where do I find cheap Nylon Knee High Socks? I am trying to find them in cute colors?

Im looking for nylon knee high socks, not to wear but to make head bands out of. I cant even find them online! I am looking for pink, blue, red, white. Kinda like the tights you slip on at the shoe store to try on shoes when you dont have socks , but knee highs and in cute colors, can anyone help?
