What to wear with new knee socks?

wear shorts that go to yur mid thigh or a skirt

Okay this is what I would wear. If you have a shirt in one the the plum colors wear that. Also wear a skirt either in black or denim. Add a pair of black heels or clogs and you have a great outfit. Add pearls for a great girly touch.

black skirt, kindof like a punk/prepschool look, maybe a black or purple tight t-shirt. try hot topic for both, deffffinately don’t wear shorts like that girl said. there should be a few inches of skin between the socks and the skirt. wear purple shoes flats, that would be cool, but heals would work too

deffinetly shorts .
Get hmm .. gray tonish or plaided shorts . Not denim shorts though . Then just a normal Tee from hollister or something (if you like thoes stores) . Then for shoes, slip on vans look really nice . Also, i saw someone pull this look off with ascarf ! I don’t know an extra . =)
Hmm where can you get knee socks though ?!?! I want a pair really badly but i don’t know where to look D:
