well ,if you actually go to a school with a uniform then yea, you can wear a skirt with knee high socks. other that that, im going to have to say no.

to be honest i think yes there is a tasteful way to pull it off……but i am a girl. and i think its inevitable for guys to start having those school girl fantasies WHENEVER they see an attractive girl in that gear. sorry hon

NO ONE thinks that the girls who wear knee high socks with the skirt are slut. IF they do, then they’re idiots.
If you learn good and if you’re a school girl, it doesn’t mean what you wear except if it says you can’t in the school dres code.

Yes, mostly depends on the length of the skirt… and if it’s a short skirt it’s often best not to wear a really low cut top… you’re suppose to accent either the legs or the bust but not both.

It will only work on certain people… but not most. So dont do it. Maybe it would work better with shorts?

It is very difficult to pull off this look without looking a bit on the slutty side. It all depends on the length of the skirt. But no matter what, when people see a skirt and knee high socks they will think just what you are trying to avoid.
Be careful with skirt lengths and make sure you wear panties! (please don’t pull a Britney Spears!)

YES! i am a lesbian, and my girlfriend has 2 pairs, and when worn with the right shit it can be really hot. Personally i think colorful ones look best with a black outfit, of black shorts and a black shirt. it also depends on your body type, if you are a bigger girl, no, don’t wear them, but if your not, go for it. over the knee socks are better though, the ones that reach your thighs, here are some ideas, some good, and some bad:

Dr3, of course it is. Your shoes should be black or brown loafers or oxfords, your socks should be white, but don’t go too short on the skirt and don’t show any belly- wear a full shirt. The school girl look was originally rather innocent, it wasn’t until some girls tarted up the look with too short of skirts and midrif bearing shirts. LSG
