Claires in the mall. they have such cute stuff or Rue 21.
Sometimes tjmaxx has some cute stuff, my sons gf got sum cute stuff there last weekend

You could go to Holister…Charlotte Russe…they sell really cute leg warmers there and have awesome clothes!
